The last of the Stampin’ Sisters projects from this past weekend are a set of fun fold cards.

What are fun fold cards? They are cards that have a nontraditional way of opening. I am going to show you 4 different cards with 4 different folds. They are so much fun to make and even more fun to receive!

The stamp set we used for these cards is the Festive Fun Cling Stamp Set (Item #162078) in the current Holiday Mini Catalog (pg 13)

Tri-fold Rhino card

This fun fold looks like a traditional card, but has a secret gift card holder flap. Then the DSP flap also opens up to allow you plenty of room for a sentiment or writing area. Click on images to enlarge. Can you find the oops! on my card??

Accordion Moose card

This adorable accordion card gives an entire panel for writing your message that is hidden until you open it all up.

Flip up beaver card

This fun fold has a Velcro closure to ensure your gift card will not slip out. There is a small panel at the bottom to hide your message until the card is opened up.

Tent Fold Giraffe Card

I love this card most of all! It looks like a difficult design, but the hidden glue areas make it an easy fold to master. This card will lie flat when completely opened, but who wants a flat card? There is also a nice large back panel to allow for message writing.
