Since it started snowing here in Northern Illinois I have not wanted to go outside at all! This years feels too cold, I must be getting old! My dad would have me walking around outside in this weather to go sightseeing back in the day! The only time I have spent outside is with the puppies, capturing their first snow in pics (I would have said “on film” but I don’t do that anymore!) Now that I did that, Sherlock has realized he likes the snow and won’t come in unless I have a big enough bribe to make it worth while. Little stinker! Before, he would go out, do his business, and run back inside while his brother stayed outside. Watson would beg Sherlock to come out, but he had no desire. Now, Watson comes in and Sherlock stays out. Goofy dogs!! I guess that is what I get with Siberian Husky mixes!
As for the scrapbooking… In November I finished 37 pages for the scrapbooks! That is the highest number yet since July. September came in second with 23 pages. This brings up my total to 80 pages since I started tracking in July. I am so very thankful for the crops at my local scrapbook store. Cut It Out Scrapbooking is such a wonderful community of friends. At my very first crop, I felt as though I had been friends with everyone for years, not just hours.
I am also a part of another community, but this one is online. It is Splitcoast Stampers. I joined this community eons ago under l2smom back in 2005. Then I lost that account when I came back in 2020. I guess that is what happens when you shut down your old website and lose the email associated with it, LOL. When I came back, it was to share my cards that I made to send out as smiles during COVID. In November I found a scrapbook goal forum with a bunch of nice scrapbookers who share their work to inspire others to continue working on their legacy projects. I am so excited to join this group and I hope I can make more friends who share the same hobby.
I thought about sharing most of my pages on my blog, but I think I will only share my favorite layouts instead. To see everything I have created recently, you can visit My Gallery on the Splitcoast Stampers website. This gallery will hold everything I have made beginning in November 2025 except for my son’s scout layouts. The only reason I won’t post all of those is because I would have to blur out too many faces, and that takes a lot of time. Besides, most are the same basic layout with lots of pictures of our camping trips and other outings.
I am going to start with Sherlock & Watson’s book. Not my favorite picture on Gotcha Day, but it’s not about me.

I saved and printed their Petfinder profile pages. They are pretty boring pages because the printed pages took up so much room.

I love my puppies. They are a handful, but oh so cute! I can’t wait to post a few more later.
Again, if you would like to see all of the posted layouts, visit My Gallery at Splitcoast Stampers! Hope to see a comment or two from you!
I can’t believe how many pages you have created! They are so awesome!!
