Pattern Paper makes it easy!

I Love Pattern Paper

I L-O-V-E Patter Paper! My only problem is that I love it so much that I hoard it! All of those beautiful prints, colors, and textures! Oh My!! How can anyone want to purposely cut into it? And then, how do you choose what side to use?

However, when you get over how beautiful they are as whole sheets, they make absolutely beautiful cards. I made this card this week. For those that know me, know that my favorite season is snow! No, not winter, but snow season. In Northern Illinois it gets crazy cold in the winter, which I’m not terribly fond of because it makes my jacket sound like paper! However, I love the 32° snow conditions. I cut my paper paper into small squares and added a Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to the die cut snowflakes and some dimensionals to create a beautiful winter wonderland. What makes this card great is the layering. No special artistic talent needed! Thank goodness, because I’m artsy at all, but I can layer! I just have to be careful not to layer too many things. I have to keep saying, “Less is good!”
