Close-Up & personal
Today’s project uses the cool impression plate from the Stitched Snowflakes Dies set. I used it for the snowflake background. It creates a subtle background that does not over power the other elements on the card.

You can see a hint of the Glittered Organdy Ribbon under the elements. It adds a bit of sparkle and softness to the card front. I used the Wink of Stella pen along the top and bottom edges of the sentiment to coordinate it with the edges of the ribbon. The sentiment has been placed at an angle and popped up using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Most of the stamp pads listed above were used with the Water Painter to add color to the hat, nose, and snow. I also added Wink of Stella to the snow for a little “sunshine” sparkle you see on the snow the morning after a snow storm.

If you recreate this project, please show me! I’d love to see what you create 🙂
Have a Stamptastic day!
