Close-Up & personal

I stamped my images onto the 5-1/4″x4′” card front. Then, embossed it to bring it to life. It really makes the leaves look 3D instead of just stamped on.

Using the Double Oval Punch, I cut out my stamped sentiment and matted it in Balmy Blue, before adhering it with Dimensionals to pop off the page.

Overall, for being a rather simple 5 minute card, I think it came out really cute. If you wanted to, you could add some ribbon or rhinestones to perk it up even more.

Next week, at my son’s urging, I will be dropping down to three project posts per week. This real world job is draining my energy, ugh, but it is well worth it. I really enjoy being with people again and maybe soon, I can build up my stamina to get back to 5 projects a week again. Keep your fingers crossed!

If you recreate this project, please show me! I’d love to see what you create 🙂

Have a Stamptastic day!
