Embossing folders are the highlight of today’s Dandelion Wishes project. This embossing folder, Ornate Floral (Item #152725), gives almost any card a dainty, feminine feel to it even if it is in black and white. Topped with the Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon (Item #146912) and Flowers For Every Season Gems (Item #153645) it is the perfect combination for a girlfriend card! The sentiment I chose can be used for a birthday or wedding card.
The texture on this embossing folder is exquisite.
I added Stampin’ Dimensionals behind the sentiment to allow the ribbon to naturally pop up a bit. The gems are glued on with the Fine Tip Glue Pen (Item #138309). I love this stuff because it dries clear. When you are a klutz like me, there is bound to be extra glue splats where gems were accidentally dropped! Unless you are looking for the extra glue, you can’t see it. This is a major plus in my book!
In case you haven’t heard, Whisper White was discontinued due to the closure of the manufacture who made the Whisper White product line. We were sad to see it go, but as awesome Stampin’ Up! is, they were able to find a new manufacture who makes something just as worthy as our beloved Whisper White.
