Nothing’s Better Than Bundle

I was chosen to be the December Stamper in the Spotlight for my Stampahowlics team this month. For my bundle to work with, I chose Nothing’s Better Than on page 91 in the 2020-2021 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog.

This set was SO much fun to work with! There are so many color combinations you can use with it. For the first project, I wanted to make a little box for one of the mini bottles of alcohol. I chose Grey Goose Vodka, LOL.

I used Pool Party for the cardstock base, Whisper White, and Bermuda Bay cardstock for the accents. These little boxes are easy to make out of one sheet of cardstock. I posted a picture of the pattern below.

Take a full sheet of 8.5″x11″ cardstock and score on the 11″ side at 0.5″, 2.5″, 8.5″, and 10.5″.

Turn cardstock to the 8.5″ side and score at 1″, 3″, 5″, and 7″.

I then folded all of the score lines before I made my cuts. Cut out the blue areas first, including the angle cuts on the tabs. Then cut on the red lines. Those are the flaps of the top and bottom of the box. Chose an open die to make the viewing hole on the front of the box.

Next, use a strong adhesive on the left 1″x5″ rectangle and glue to the far right rectangle.
